we are at ground floor. Maximum 1 step in 3 of our 5 rooms. In the 2 other Rooms no steps at all. Thank you for enquiring!

Does the Superior Double Room for $281 for two nights offer a breakfast?

Breakfast is not included. In both rate, though, of the Superior Double Room and Double Room, upon arrival and with extra payment, an italian breakfast can be organized inside room or in the garden (in warm season and no in rainy days, of course).

Delightful!!
Claudia was an exceptional hostess. This little guesthouse is a gem. Staying south of the Arno is much more relaxing and quiet. There is a parking garage right down the street or you can park on the street if you get the Easy Park App and park in Blue lines only. Delightful way to stay in Florence. Thank you Claudia.
